How many items of clothing will I need for a keepsake bear or animal?
Each keepsake bear/animal has specific requirements, the details are on the product pages but on average:
9-10 items of prem/newborn clothing
6-8 items of 3-6 months clothing
4-5 items of 6-12 months
3-4 items of 12-24 months
1 item of adult clothing
More clothing items can be sent to add variations of patterned fabrics to your keepsake.
If extra clothing is sent, please add a note explaining which items of clothing are most important to you.
Any items that are completely unused will be returned to you.
How do I send you the clothing?
When you purchased your keepsake you will receive an email with our address details on, this can take up to 12 hours as we have to email you personally with these details. You then parcel your clothing up with your customer reference number and name enclosed in the parcel, you then send them to that address. It is always best to send your clothing via recorded delivery to minimise the chance of loss or any damage. When we receive your clothing we will always email the address used to purchase to say it arrived safely.

Are the keepsake bears and animals CE tested?
No the keepsake bears and animals are not CE tested, as they can be delicate items, often made from very worn clothing and with each keepsake using totally different fabric so they can not be tested. Therefore they are for ornamental use only and are not a toy, not for persons under the age of 14 years.
Can I wash my keepsake bear or animal?
Keepsake bears and animals surfaces are sponge washed only and then dried naturally.
How long will it take to receive my keepsake?
It takes 3-4 weeks to receive your keepsake back, when the parcel is dispatched you will be notified by email with a tracking number and a signature will be needed when delivered. During busy times it may take up to 6 weeks but this will be made clear on the product pages.
