Here at NicolaMade we do everything in our power to create a keepsake that you will love.
Please take into consideration:
- All our memory bears and animals are 100% handmade in the UK using materials chosen by you.
- The item you receive is a keepsake and NOT a Toy.
About your order:
- If you require any changes to your order please notify NicolaMade ASAP. If your item has already been started these changes may not be able to be made.
- Please take care when sending clothes, recorded delivery is always best to minimise the chance of loss or any damage. NicolaMade will not accept any responsible for the loss of clothing.
- If you are sending more clothing than required, a note with which order you will like the clothing to be used in, as some items may not be used. Any items that are completely unused will be returned to you.
- Once the items have been cut they cannot be put back together.
- NicolaMade will put great care into using your clothing as creatively as possible. If you have a definite plan as to where you would like certain clothing placed, please add your plan with your clothing. Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept responsibility if the Keepsake is not as you imagined. Therefore we cannot refund you, unless the keepsake is deemed faulty.
- If your keepsake requires personalisation you must make sure all names are spelt correctly and all dates are correct as we will never query spellings or dates. If the item is produced with incorrect details, provided by the customer, rectifying will incur additional charges.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations:
Memory Bears and animals are handmade to order and as such, are deemed as Bespoke and personalised.
Reporting a Missing Item
- We recommend that clothing is sent via recorded delivery.
- We will not accept responsibility for any items lost.
- NicolaMade always uses recorded delivery to return completed keepsakes. If you are expecting an keepsake to be delivered and it does not turn up, you must ensure to report this to nicolamadekeepsaketextiles@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery dated stated.
Reporting a Faulty Item
- NicolaMade ensure that all of our keepsakes pass quality control checked before dispatch. If in the unlikely event, you receive a faulty product, please ensure to contact us at nicolamadekeepsaketextiles@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your items.
- It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the keepsake back within 10 days of reporting a fault.
- After receiving the keepsake back and confirming the faulty state, We will proceed to resolve the problem by repairing the item. If this option is not possible, a refund will be issued within 14 days.
Refunds & Cancellations
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Sale of Goods Act, we are under no obligation by law to cancel your keepsake order or offer a full or partial refund on a purchase, unless it has been deemed faulty.
